Yummo!
I am sad to say there is no picture to go along with this post. I don't think I am a true blogger yet. I think some of you have your cameras clipped to your bodies at all times. Seriously, how do you manage to take a picture of everything? I am trying to not be so lame, hopefully there is some sort of learning curve.
Anyways, last night I decided to try a new recipe I found. It was for sweet potato gnocchi with a butter sage sauce. You can call it that, or for short you can call it heaven. That is what I will be calling it. It wasn't that hard and it was so worth it. Better yet, my kids ate it (Jason did not-not surprising) and I took some to Holly too. She liked it, so we are still friends. Actually, it is kind of her fault that I made it in the first place. You see on Friday I met her at Kierland Commons for lunch and a little Anthropology. We ate at The Greenhouse. We shared sweet potato canneloni. It was so good I can't stop thinking about it. So when I found this recipe on the internet I had to try it. I had to recreate the perfect meal. It wasn't the same, of course, but it was really close. I think I will be visiting my little heaven on earth again...and soon.
Maybe next time I will even take pictures. Maybe.
Labels: gnocchi, heaven, lots of butter

Thanks alot for bringing me some. I see what kind of a friend you are. Just joking.
What's gnocchi anyway? Seriously, if they don't have it at McDonalds, I don't know what it is.

Gnocchi are little yummy goodness. I happen to still have some if you would like to try them. And maybe next Friday you can try some fresh. They won't be sweet potato perfection, of course.
Hey, how did word verification pop up on my blog??? Sheri are you up to something?
